Replacement Return Policy

At BFMe returns and replacements requests will be entertained on the following conditions:

1. Damaged/ Broken Product Received:

Buyer should raise complaint within 48 hours of delivery of the product. Buyer needs to provide Images or videos for verification.

2. Non-Functional Product Received:

Buyer should raise complaint within 48 hours of delivery of product. Buyer also needs to provide Images or videos for verification

3. Wrong Product Received:

Buyer can put in returns or replacement requests if buyer ordered product A and received product B i.e. a complete mismatch in product received with difference in:

  • Size

  • Colour

  • Different Product Received

4. Order cancellation

Order cancellation requests will be accepted within 24 hours of order being placed.

*All decision regarding cancellations will be taken post verification by Customer Support Team.

*No Refund Offered for Flash Sale Products.

*Cancellation of COD orders - Placing more than one COD order at a time may result in cancellation of all orders except one. Only one COD order would be processed for a user at a single time. On successful delivery of the order the user may once again place another COD order.

5. Return of unsatisfactory or non-liked product are not allowed. Few products will not be returnable.

6. The goods with incomplete accessories are subject to return when Buyer raises a return request for the same.

7. If the original box is damaged or seal of the box has been tampered, the order is applicable for return.

*At the time of return original brand box and all tags must be intact.
