Q. How would I receive payments for my products sold?

A. Upon successful delivery of orders and close of return period as per the norms of the website, payment would be remitted back in 10 working days through NEFT to your bank account.

Q. Do I need to register my company in Other countries so as to sell international E-commerce websites?

A. No. You do not need to register your company in Other countries as you would partner with BFMe for your sales. We would be the authorized seller on your behalf. Still if you want your own setup in Other countries for greater access to the market we would help you in setting up business operations in those countries as per your requirement and guide you with your market entry strategy. Q. How would you handle the logistics for orders?

A. You are required to pick and pack your order within 48hrs. We do have courier partner who will pick up the your orders from seller facility centre and shipped directly to the buyer.

A. All support is handled through our dedicated email and WhatsApp number. Our team will get back to you within 24 hrs with answers to your queries.

Q. How would you handle customer queries for my products on E-commerce platforms?

A. We have a Turn Aournd Time for each queries raise by the seller. We will resolve your queries within 5 working days as considering the maximum time.

Q. How would you help to promote my products?

A. We have different platforms of promotion depending on your requirement. Few of them are a) Social Media Campaigns b) KOL and Influencer Marketing c) Digital Ads d) Outdoor Events. We would advise you on each campaigns depending on the product and what would work best for you.
